With over 13 years of experience mentoring individuals and supporting corporate well-being initiatives, Chantelle combines her professional expertise with a deeply personal journey of mindful living. Through her own transformative experience, she has come to understand the profound impact mindfulness, breathwork, and self-care can have on overall well-being, and she is passionate about helping others find similar balance and growth.
As a dedicated practitioner of yoga, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness, Chantelle draws from her personal experience and a range of proven techniques to guide her clients. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, she offers warm and welcoming support to help you on your journey to greater well-being.
Chantelle’s training includes a CMA-accredited program through The Forest Bathing Institute, where she developed expertise in mindfulness, meditation, and guided practices within nature.
Her commitment to professionalism and safety is demonstrated through health and safety checks, and certifications as a Mental Health First Aider, First Aider, and Enhanced DBS holder.
